private yoga

A safe space for beginning or enhancing your yoga practice from beginner to advanced.  We will work together in beginning or resuming a yoga practice as well as using the method of Ashtanga Yoga for recovery from basic injuries or body events like pregnancy.

Private sessions are also a way to deepen your current Ashtanga practice by examining your questions around poses and transitions. We will the muscle groups involved in the poses you have questions about and work together to increase your strength, flexibility, and capability of asanas.

I have extensively assisted and apprenticed under my yoga teachers in India to embody the lineage of the Ashtanga yoga method as used for health and healing. I enjoy sharing all of this with you to help you on your yoga journey.
